May 3rd Announcements and Spring Concert Details

What a great rehearsal last night – thank you to all for your efforts and for a wonderful season. Thank you to all who volunteered and helped out with the small ensemble performance at the Community Pentecostal Church last Sunday and for our stage recce on Monday. If past efforts are any indication, we are going to have a great concert on Saturday!

Thank you to Leah, Art, Michelle and Caroline for offering up volunteers to help with our tickets sales on Saturday. I will send you a separate email with details about their responsibilities.

May 7th Spring Concert Timings:

11:30 – St Peters HS open for percussion and equipment pick up
– Church opens,
– Stage Set Up Begins

12:30 – Band Members to arrive at Community Pentecostal Church, 1825 St Joseph Blvd
– *** Park at Rear of Church ***
– Warm Up and Tune
– Confirm Seating Arrangement (attached to weekly email and posted on warm up walls)
– Joining The Band walk through

1:30 – Doors Open

2:00 – Concert Begins

3:15 – Concert Ends
– Priority to load Trailer so custodian at St Pete’s can finish shift on time.
– Clear Stage

4:00 – St Petes HS locked up

Reminder to wear Band Shirts, black Pants, black Shoes

Bring Music Stands and dry goods for Food Bank donation
