Dec 6th Fall Concert Final Details

With just over 48 hours till our concert the weather forecast is looking good!! Here are a few last minute reminders:

Please remind those who will be attending our concert to bring along a food item or dry good for the Food Band!

Bring Music Stands,
Wear Band Shirts, Black Shoes, Black Pants.
Seating arrangement has been emailed to all; thanks to some feedback from my last email, we’ve made some minor changes to reflect our true numbers

Kelley has confirmed that we will hold our regular BAB at Broadways after the concert. Any friends or family that you’d like to bring along are welcome to join us for a glass of Christmas Cheer!

3:30 – *Weather Cancellation If Required. Notification by email, Facebook announcement on the Fall Concert Event Page and then on our webpage.
5:30 – Doors Open at EBD for Set Up
6:30 – Please be seated ready to tune and warm up as band & Choir soundcheck
7:00 – Doors to auditorium open
7:30 – Downbeat
9:00 – Percussion returned to music room, stage clear, doors locked behind us no later than 9:30

Concert Motherhood: Prior to starting piece remember to bring instruments up with conductor…. Hold instruments up after last note until conductor lowers his arms. Please note that we didn’t get a chance to go over Walking to the Sky, our last piece, during rehearsal so please have at least one good look through it before Tuesday.
