Announcements and Music for Oct 4th

Our Band Social / Meet and Greet will be next week at Broadway’s immediately following our shortened rehearsal at 8:30! If you haven’t had an opportunity to introduce yourself to Chelsea, Eric, Maya or Jamie, please take the opportunity at Broadways next week and help make them feel like part of our family! If you didn’t get a chance to hand in a “Bingo” fact for Kelley’s game on Tuesday and you will be attending, please email Kelley directly @ kelleyoliver@gmail.com.

Your Executive held their first meeting last Wednesday. Minutes will be posted on our website in the Member’s Only area under General Information / Meeting Minutes. Please feel free to approach any of your executive or email us if you have any questions or concerns. As our AGM is just under a month away, I’ve emailed our draft Band Inventory List to you once again. My intent is to ask our membership to accept this list as our official inventory detailing what we own. If you have any questions or concerns please bring them up now so they may be addressed prior to tabling this item for a membership vote. Finally, thank you to those who have taken the time to complete our Volunteer Survey. There is still about a third of you who we haven’t heard from. This list saves your executive allot of legwork looking for volunteers. Please help us out and take a few minutes to complete it.
