Oct 25th – Bandathon, AGM

A reminder that tomorrow’s rehearsal will be at St Matt’s High School NOT St Pete’s:

Bandathon, Oct 25th. St Matthew High School. 6550 Bilberry Dr, Orleans. Downbeat at 7 pm in the second floor library. As you turn off of Jeanne D’Arc onto Bilberry Dr the high school will be on your immediate right hand side. If you enter the high school using the entrance you see facing Bilberry and take the stairs to the second floor the library will be facing you as you exit the stairs. Please be at the high school no later than 6:40 pm. We will be wearing our band shirts, black pants – bring your music stand. Bandathon is our opportunity to give back to our community and share our love of music with others. Please introduce yourself and get to know some of the students who will be there. Try to sit between the students and inspire them! One of the two pieces we will be rehearsing, A Christmas Tale, is our gift to the St Matt’s Senior Band.

AGM. Immediately following the Bandathon we will hold our AGM in the library. The Agenda has been finalized and emailed to all. In the last couple of weeks I have sent you all a copy of our previous AGM minutes and a copy of our proposed GCCB Inventory List. We will not be printing hard copies of these documents. If you would like a copy to refer to during the AGM, we invite you to print a copy and bring it along with you.
