Please find enclosed the following documents for our AGM next Tuesday:

a. 15 6 9 Planned AGM Agenda;
b. GCCB Exec 2015 05 25 Minutes;
c. Stop Distribute; and
d. Constitution and By-Laws for June 2015 AGM v2

As you can see from our planned agenda our meeting next week should be straight forward. I will do my best to keep us on topic and keep the meeting as short as possible. We must have a quorum to hold the AGM so please do your best to make our meeting. If you have any questions about any of the documents I’ve enclosed please feel free to email them to me or talk to me before or after Governor’s Walk tomorrow.
